Meet The Doctors

Dr. Picard was born and raised on a farm/ranch north of Bainville, MT.  He graduated from Williston High School in 2002. After graduation he attended Montana State University where he studied Health and Human Development. After learning about the human body, Dr. Picard realized that would like to take his education further and applied to Northwestern Health Sciences University where he would pursue a Degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Picard graduated in November of 2010 and is now dedicated to continue learning how the body works and what he can do to help people lead a healthier/painfree lifestyle.  Dr. Picard focuses his energy on correcting interference that is placed on the Nervous System.  With a proper functioning Nervous System, our bodies can naturally heal themselves so we can lead healthier, more fulfilling lives!

Originally from Texas, Dr. Sam has called Billings home for the past 2.5 years and loves every minute of it! 

While at school at University of Arkansas, Dr. Sam studied Kinesiology. She then furthered her education while attending Cleveland University- Kansas City for chiropractic school. Dr. Sam is passionate about connecting with patients and their families, helping them reach their goals of pain-free living and improved quality of life! 

Shayla Tokar is a licensed massage therapist who studied at the Mossmain College of Massage and Bodywork. She additionally studied at Josef's School of Hair Skin and Body. Her specialties include prenatal massage, sports, deep tissue and swedish massage.
